The firm is composed of qualified and experienced professional staff:

Mr. Phang, the principal of the firm, a former Political Science Lecturer, was educated at U.C. Hastings Law School, U.C. Berkeley (PhD program in Politics), and Brandeis University (cum laude). Mr. Phang has had 19 years of highly successful experience in complex immigration, civil, and family law litigation. Mr. Phang is fluent in English and Chinese.

Patty Pan , a paralegal with four years' experiences in general civil litigation, immigration, family and bankruptcy law. She is in charge of compliance with court requirements for papers filed in all phases of civil litigation, immigration and bankruptcy. Ms. Pan is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese, and English.

Trinh Phang, BA ( Brandeis University ) MBA ( California State University ), Business Manager. Trinh is responsible for business development, strategy, and financial planning. Trinh is fluent in Vietnamese and English
